King Of The Beach: Day Two

Vilano Beach

Ironman Relay – Five competitors from each team complete a portion of this series: run/swim/run/paddle/run. A minimum of one female will participate for each team.

Paddle Relay – There are 4 competitors from each team for this event. Each of the competitors will enter the water from the start line, launch their boards, and paddle around the course marked by buoys. Upon completion, they return to shore and tag their next teammate who will complete the same course. All team members must successfully complete the event. A minimum of one female will participate for each team.

Swim Relay – There is a series of four swimmers for each team, with at least one female on each team. This is a relay event. Each competitor will make a running start into the surf from the start line on the beach. Each swimmer will swim the designated course marked by buoys then exit the water to tag their teammate waiting at the start line. The team with all competitors completing the course first will win the event.

Surf Entry Relay – There are four competitors from each team, with one female per team, for this event. This is a relay event. Each of the competitors will make a running start into the surf, perform a surf entry out to a buoy, and return to shore to tag their teammate. The event will be complete when all team members have crossed the finish line. The first team to have all members complete will win the event.
